All security services are governed by a signed Statement of Work (SOW) and Master Services Agreement (MSA). Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are set out in the SOW.
All information shared during an engagement is treated as strictly confidential under a mutual NDA. Findings, reports, and evidence are shared only with authorised personnel identified by the client.
Reports and deliverables are licensed to the client for internal use. Methodologies, tooling, and proprietary frameworks remain the property of Falcon Assurance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Falcon Assurance's aggregate liability arising out of any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
Security testing provides a point-in-time assessment. No engagement can guarantee the absence of all vulnerabilities or future compromise.
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, escalating to arbitration if required.
